Notes for the quiet monthsGrowth consulting for established companies

Services

Four doors, one engine, and a handover at the end.

We do not sell a menu. After the buyer map we pick the doors that matter for your company and leave the rest closed. Here is what that work can include.

Outbound, done by hand

Write to one person at a time.

We find the companies that fit, then the people inside them who actually choose suppliers. For each one we read what they do, what changed recently and what might matter to them this season. The message we write follows from that.

A human reads every message before it goes out. Nothing is blasted to a bought list. We reach people where they would expect a business note, we stop the moment someone asks, and we only follow up when there is something worth adding.

We also handle the replies with you, so a good answer turns into a real conversation with the right person on your side.

The authority layer

Be easy to say yes to.

When a buyer hears from you, they look you up. What they find decides the next step. We tighten your site so it answers the questions buyers really ask, in their words, with a clear way to start a conversation.

Where it helps, we add short video, a few well placed articles and some press, so your name means something before the first call. None of it is decoration. Each piece has a job in the path from first contact to first meeting.

Found in search and in AI answers

Make the shortlist before anyone calls.

More buyers now ask a search engine or an AI assistant to name a few suppliers before they speak to anyone. If you are not in that answer, you are not in the room.

We work on the pages, the structure and the plain facts about your company so search engines and assistants can describe you correctly and put you forward for the questions you should own.

Referrals and paid

Keep the old doors, but use them on purpose.

Your network already works. We help you ask for introductions in a steady, polite way, so referrals come from a habit instead of a lucky lunch.

Paid channels can help once the rest is in place. We only recommend them when the buyer map shows a clear reason, and we will tell you plainly when they do not fit.

The handover

The last service is giving it all back.

Once the engine is producing pipeline, we hand it over. You get the playbook, the buyer data, the full message library and the reporting. We train the people who will run it, and we stay close while they find their feet. You are never left renting something you cannot see inside.
